How To Use
- Start with one coat of Artistic Colour Revolution Reactive Bonder Basecoat.
- Once dried, apply 2 coats of your chosen Artistic Colour Revolution nail polish. Allow to dry.
- Finish with one coat of Artistic Colour Revolution Reactive Gloss Topcoat.
